The subject of the contract is the expansion of the server cluster owned by the Ordering Party: DELL VxRAIL P670F by three additional servers fully compatible with the VxRAIL infrastructure in order to build a backup Data Center.

1. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is specified in the Required Technical Conditions Form - Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference and in the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 6.

2. The Contractor's duties will include the delivery of equipment to the Contracting Authority on the terms and conditions specified in the Draft Agreement constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.

3. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the right to apply for the award of the contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act.

4. In order to assess the points obtained by the offered processor in the spec.org test, published on the website: https://www.spec.org/cpu2017/results/cpu2017.html, the Contracting Authority accepts a printout from the above-mentioned website from the date of submission of the contract announcement for publication, constituting Appendix No. 8 to the Terms of Reference.
