Framework agreement construction service works

The procurement includes framework agreements for construction service work within the Client's property portfolio. Work under this agreement includes servicing, maintenance and repairs, rebuilding projects and minor new construction projects.

Ranking framework agreements will be signed with two (2) Bidders per geographical area.

The framework agreement period is from 2024-01-01 to 2025-12-31 with the possibility of extension by one (1) year on two (2) occasions.
