RRESOLUTION 749E/2023, of September 21, of the General Director of Telecommunications and Digitalization, which approves the contracting file of technical assistance for project management, evolution and maintenance of the Contracting Portal and other related applications during the years 2023-2026, by open procedure higher than the European threshold.

The purpose of this contract is technical assistance for the Public Procurement Area: Project Management, Evolution and Maintenance of the Contracting Portal and other related applications during the years 2023-2026. These services include:

-Program and Product Management, as well as Project Management in the area of Heritage.

-Support, Maintenance and Small evolution of the Contracting Portal of Navarra.

-Progressive construction of a new Electronic Bidding product.

-Support, Maintenance, Coexistence and Transition Period between the current version of PLENA, and the new product.

-Intervention in the Support and Evolution of other products.
