This contract is a public service contract whose purpose is the insurance of the municipality of Uccle for the year 2024 (effective date of the contract: 01/01/2024 - expiry date of the contract: 31/12/2024 at midnight). The execution period of the contract is 1 year with possible renewals and this for a maximum total period of four years.

Renewal:

The contract may be renewed a maximum of three times for a period of one year, in accordance with Article 57 of the law of 17 June 2016 on contracts.

If it wishes to renew the contract, the contracting authority will inform the successful tenderer in writing, three months before the expiry date of the contract or the current renewal, i.e. before 30 September.
