The Public Lyceum De Amersfoortse Berg currently consists of a complex of various (school) buildings. Some of these buildings are no longer sufficient. For this reason, demolition is planned for this part and new school buildings and two gymnasiums are planned to replace it. The aim of this assignment is to come to design, realization and Multi-year Maintenance for the replacement new building of De Amersfoortse Berg, including the layout of the site.

- Two buildings to be realized with a total size of approximately 6,000 m2 gross floor area (GFA);

- Two new gyms to be realized in 1 building, each with a size of approximately 455 m² gfa (total approx. 910 m2 gfa) and must connect to the existing gym;

- Site layout location (accesses, parking, bicycles, outdoor storage, pavements, greenery, lighting etc.).
