The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of harvesting and skidding wood to be performed in the Wolsztyn Forest District in 2023. Planned date of commencement and completion of the contract: from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2023.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Forest Act") covering works in the field of harvesting and skidding wood to be performed in the area of the Wolsztyn Forest District - Dąbrowa Forestry of 2023. The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works from logging and skidding resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1.1. - planned size of works, package No. 14/23, Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location: Appendix No. 2.2.1 - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; package 14/23, Annex 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in terms of logging: Appendix 2.3.1.1 – forestry characteristics in terms of logging; package no. 14/23; Appendix 2.3.2. – sorting system of timber harvesting in forestry: Annex 2.3.2.1 – sorting system of logging in forestry package no. 14/23; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – summary of distances and conditions of wood skidding: Appendix No. 2.3.3.1 – list of distances and conditions of wood skidding package 14/23; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of acquisition and skidding: Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition: Appendix No. 2.3.5.1 – list of items not available for machine acquisition, package No. 14/23; Appendix 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential): Appendix 2.3.6.1 – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential), package 14/23;

Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Attachment No. 3.1. "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the Director General of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry work technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the changes introduced by amending decisions;

Attachment No. 3.2. Description of the standard of forestry work technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Zielona Góra adopted by Decision No. 85 of the Regional Director of State Forests of 28.07.2022 on _ on the establishment of a regional standard for the technology of execution and acceptance of works.

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
