This public contract concerns the environmentally responsible daily and periodic cleaning of the ecowerf buildings located in Wilsele at Aarschotsesteenweg 210.

The assignment comprises several items. The tenderer must tender for all posts. The contracts shall be awarded to a single tenderer.

The present contract has a duration of 2 years, counting from the date stated at the closing.

Following the aforementioned duration, the contracting authority can extend the contract 2 times for a period of 1 year, on the basis of Article 57, second paragraph, of the Public Procurement Act.

The extension means that the contractual conditions remain unchanged.

This extension shall be notified by the contracting authority by registered post at the latest 2 months before the expiry of the contract.

The object of the contract is:

- The periodic cleaning of offices, rooms, corridors, storage rooms, sanitary facilities, kitchens, meeting rooms, stairwells and dining rooms.

- The periodic cleaning of outdoor units used for both changing and shower room as well as for offices.

- The periodic cleaning along the inside and outside of the windows, windows, window frames, window sills and entrance doors.

- Making coffee and distributing the coffee, bags, milk, sugar, other drinks... at the indicated times and locations.
