The framework agreement opens up the possibility of being able to start the review process quickly and with the highest degree of cost certainty and transparency during the regular purchase and exploitation reviews of building plots, existing properties and project developments and to make decisions quickly.

The properties are usually of a simple to medium standard. The majority is used for residential purposes.

Within the framework of TDD, the contractor does not provide any specialist engineering services and no inspections by the building authorities. A detailed examination of existing plans, such as with regard to technical correctness and approvability, or an area review is also not owed. The contractor also does not provide tax and legal advice.

berlinovo also puts out to tender for the companies listed in the "Client TDD" annex that are authorised clients within the meaning of § 21 VgV.
