The contract mainly concerns the provision of a food supply control system for educational establishments in the Province of Namur. This ordering system should allow each school to order the food necessary for the preparation of meals. The contractor will act as a central (not within the meaning of the legislation on public procurement) with the mission also to assist and provide support to kitchens under own management. Support is also requested within the framework of this contract for the management of meals, this support covering several aspects better defined in the technical clauses of this document. This market is part of an environmental approach and the promotion of healthy and sustainable food (ASD).

- Didactic meals. The products used as part of the educational meals are non-standard products because either "high-end" or educational (eg: poultry with head, whole pork (1/2), ...). In order to allow the tenderer to identify the type of meal prepared and served, examples of menus are attached to this document. These menus are given for information only;
- Banquets. These are subdivided into standard and prestige banquets. The products used for prestige banquets are more luxurious products.
