The tender assignment is defined as follows: performing network and device management, providing a DLWO, managing the user and their access rights and (permanently) optimizing the security of movare's IT environment. The management of the network includes the wired and the Wi-Fi network. O365 and Azure management is part of the command as well as maximizing the use of purchased licenses (A3).

The assignment covers all Movare schools, the administrative office (the MOVARE house), all employees and all students.

The scope of the assignment is based on more than 11,000 students and 1,200 employees.
