As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract for the task: “Service consisting in ensuring the maintenance of cleanliness in the facilities “Rymanów Rymanów” S.A., case mark RLE-01/22, The Contractor will be obliged to: Provide comprehensive services in the field of maintenance of cleanliness in the facilities “Spa Spa Rymanów” S.A. in Rymanowie-Zdrój, according to the detailed description set out in Annex 12 to the SWZ, for the total area of 23,335,00 m². Conduct supervision of clean and dirty underwear used by the Ordering Party. Participating in the internal transport of linen (clean and dirty) from individual objects of the Ordering Party, to the bulk point organized in the “Maria” building. Depending on the needs, in justified cases, on the instructions and under the supervision of medical personnel of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will be obliged to perform auxiliary activities with the patient, including assistance in dressing, meeting physiological needs
As part of the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to provide comprehensive services in the field of maintenance of cleanliness in facilities owned by “Rymanów Rymanów” S.A. in Rymanowie-Zdrój, according to the detailed description of the subject matter of the contract set out in the annex No 12 to the SWZ, for the total area of 23 335.00 m².In particular, the Contractor shall be obliged to:
1. Cleaning of the premises of hospitals, sanatoriums, natural medicine facilities, spa clinics and other technical and administrative premises, consisting in washing and disinfecting current, periodic in accordance with applicable procedures, internal ordinances in force in force The Ordering Party, with a frequency consistent with the scheme of washing and disinfecting the premises and always according to ad hoc needs (contamination, contamination).
2. Provide for the service of equipment necessary for cleaning, including but not limited to waste bags, washing preparations, cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and medical equipment, etc.
3. Carrying out the supervision of clean and dirty underwear used by the Ordering Party, participating in the internal transport of linen (clean and dirty) from individual objects of the Ordering Party to the bulk point.
4. Depending on the needs, where justified, on the instructions and under the supervision of the medical personnel of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will also be obliged to perform auxiliary activities with the patient, including assisting with dressing, meeting physiological needs, patient transport, etc.
5. Professional cleaning of soiled surfaces depending on their type e.g. lastriko, carpeting, gres, ceramic tiles, etc.
Apply to sanitary and epidemiological procedures in force with the Contracting Party.
7. Complex cleaning of newly commissioned premises, cleaning after repair and in case of failure.
8. Disposal of municipal waste (segregated) to containers designated by the Contracting Authority.
9. Report to the Branch Nurse/Head of the Organisation Cell technical faults and irregularities noticed during cleaning.
10. Perform other activities specified in detail by the Ordering Party in the Description of the Subject of the Order.
