Renovation of Schloss Erlangen, technical planning of technical building equipment, plant groups AWG, WVA, LTA, NA and GA; Basic services of service phases 2+3, 5+6, 8+9 HOAI

Schloss Erlangen is a listed building in the city centre of Erlangen. It is currently used as an administrative building by the Friedrich-Alexander-University. It is planned that the university will leave the building before the start of the construction work, i.e. the work will not be carried out during ongoing operations. The planning services include the technical building equipment (mechanical engineering), with the plant groups AWG, WVA, LTA, NA and GA with basic services of phases 2+3, 5+6 and 8+9 according to the defined scope of services.

The planning task is assigned to fee zone 2, the building automation is rated to fee zone 3.
