The Municipality of Orneta is implementing the project entitled "Development of IT systems in the Municipality of Orneta in order to increase the availability and quality of public e-services - stage 2", the aim of which is to launch e-administration services for the residents of the municipality and to create technical and organizational conditions that will allow their efficient functioning. 1. Expansion of ZSI, portal platform and EOD – consists in purchasing licenses, implementing domain modules (for finance, property, human resources and payroll) and preparing them for quick and convenient exchange and sharing of information between the office and 7 subordinate units. Expansion of the e-Rada system – consists in expanding the existing system for servicing the municipal council with technical solutions enabling the transmission of proceedings, voting and sound system of the hall. A detailed description of the contract is set out in Annex 9 to the SWZ

e-Education - involves the purchase in the form of a service or solution installed on the servers of the Ordering Party, which will allow parents to control the presence and progress in learning of the child and schools, planning the activities of the institution. e-Tourism - consists in the purchase in the form of a service or solution installed on the servers of the Ordering Party, which will allow the reservation of accommodation in accommodation facilities managed by the Ordering Party and will enable adding, modifying and deleting published content. e-Public procurement - consists in the purchase in the form of a service or solution installed on the servers of the Contracting entity, which will ensure the digitalization of public procurement by the Contracting Entity. A detailed description of the contract is set out in Annex 9 to the SW

e-NGO - consists in the purchase in the form of a service or solution installed on the servers of the Ordering Party, which will support the process of cooperation between the Contracting Authority and non-governmental organizations, including the organization of competitions and submission of offers in competitions. e-Consultations, e-Budget - - consists in the purchase in the form of a service or solution installed on the servers of the Contracting Authority, which will support the process of public consultations and the creation and spending of the participatory budget.
