The subject of the contract is a service for the collection and management of the entire amount of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Biłgoraj commune from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2020 from the following cities: Andrzejówka, Brodziaki, Bukowa, Ciosmy, Cyncynopol, Dąbrowica, Dereźnia Majdańska, Dereźnia Solska , Dereźnia Zowiska, Dyle, Edwardów, Gromada, Hedwiżyn, Ignatówka, Jachosze, Kajetanówka, Kolonia Sól, Korczów, Korytków Duży, Majdan Gromadzki, Nadrzecze, Nowy Bidaczów, Okrągle, Podlesie, Rapy Dylańskie, Ratwica, Ruda Solska, Ruda Zowiska, Smuda Duży, Smólsko Małe, Sól, Stary Bidaczów, Wola Dereźniańska Wola Duży, Wola Mała, Wolaniny, Zowiska Dąbrowickie, Zagumnie, Żelebsko as described in the subject of the order constituting an attachment to the ToR
The Purchaser reserves that the amount of waste generated below in the commune of Biłgoraj in the areas of real estate inhabited by residents is not dependent on the Purchaser. The amounts determined are estimates and may change according to the actual needs of the Employer, taking into account the amount of waste generated by the residents.
The amounts of waste listed below should be treated as indicative and the Contractor shall not be entitled to additional remuneration and / or compensation for reaching other amounts.
1. Under the contract, the Contractor shall collect the following types of municipal waste:
1) mixed municipal waste (estimated quantity - 1 926 Mg).
2) separately collected waste (estimated quantity - 983 Mg) broken down into fractions:
a) paper and cardboard
b) plastics, multi-material packaging, metals
c) glass and glass packaging,
d) ash
e) biodegradable waste
2. Receipt of waste mentioned in par. 1 points 1 and 2 should be driven with different cars for individual waste fractions, i.e. another car for the collection of mixed municipal waste and another for the collection of separately collected municipal waste.
3. Under the contract, the Contractor shall collect municipal waste with the following frequencies:
1) mixed municipal waste
a) from single-family and farm buildings - once a month,
b) from multi-family housing - twice a month,
2) separately collected municipal waste
a) from single-family and farm buildings - once a month,
b) from multi-family housing - twice a month,
4. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from individual real estate within the deadlines set out in the municipal waste removal schedule, with the proviso that the collection of the above waste must take place from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 19:00,
5. The area of the Biłgoraj commune is inhabited by about 10 603 inhabitants. In the Biłgoraj commune, there are approximately 3260 farm and single-family houses, as well as 6 multi-apartment buildings.
6. The Contractor is obliged to collect municipal waste collected on the premises of individual real estate in containers of the Employer with a capacity of 120 liters, 240 liters, 1100 liters, 7000 liters and other occurring in the commune, and 120 liters bags made of LDPE for waste collection in a selective manner,
7. The contractor is obliged once a month to collect waste from owners of single-family and farm buildings collected in a selective manner in transparent 120 l bags made of LDPE foil (yellow, green, blue, gray and brown) in the amount corresponding to the given bags in a given a month, while before the first collection of municipal waste, the Contractor shall equip residents with at least three bags of each color by 1.1.2019.
8. Waste containers should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Environmental Protection of 29.12.2016 (Journal of Laws of 2017 item 19) on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions.
9. Estimated number of containers and 120 l bags made of LDPE that will be picked up from the property within one month, according to the list.
10. The contractor is obliged to organize, in 2019 and 2020, twice a year, collection of electrical and electronic equipment as well as furniture and other bulky waste from all real estate inhabited in the Biłgoraj commune. The collection schedule will be set before signing the contract
11. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with waste transfer cards to the place of their recovery, recycling or disposal together with the invoice for a given month. The invoice must relate only to waste collected from residents from the Biłgoraj commune.
12. The Contractor undertakes to forward the semi-annual report referred to in art. 9n paragraph 1 - 3 of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities in term
