The subject of this procedure is the awarding of services for care in central accommodation facilities (ZUEen) of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, in which refugees are accommodated.
The district government of Arnsberg is leading this procedure on behalf of the participating district governments of Düsseldorf and Cologne. The contractor's contractual partner shall be the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, represented by the respective competent district government.
The contract to be awarded includes services in particular from the following areas:
- organisation of the CDE,
- social care,
- medical station,
- leisure activities,
- childcare,
- furniture and equipment,
- Körperpflegeartikel,
- Wascheinrichtungen,
- wardrobe,
- cleaning,
- caretaker,
- winter service and green maintenance,
- Payment of pocket money
For each accommodation facility, a bidder/consortium is commissioned to carry out the service.
