1. The subject of the order includes the ongoing maintenance and maintenance of the rainwater pumping station facilities in the town of Sosnowca.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (hereinafter: “SOPZ”) is Annex 3 to SWZ, together with the List of objects covered by the service and technical specification - Annex No 3a to the SWZ.

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Law Pzp, which involves the repetition of similar services.

4. The scope of the like contract includes the repetition of similar services covered by the basic contract for the ongoing maintenance and maintenance of rainwater pumping stations covered by a monthly lump sum.
