The subject of the contract is to develop a comprehensive project documentation for the redevelopment and construction of public parking spaces for the service of participants of the movement at Prof. Adam Krzyżanowski in Rzeszów together with obtaining the decision of the construction permit and the fulfillment (on the rights of options) authorial supervision of the implementation of works within the framework of the investment task entitled: “Construction of parking spaces at Prof. Adam Krzyżanowski”.

The scope of the study includes, among others:  reconstruction of existing parking spaces,  construction of public parking spaces to serve traffic participants at Prof. Adam Krzyżanowski Avenue on a section with a length of approx. 65 m and a width of approx. 20 m,  reconstruction of the existing pavement to the necessary extent at Krzyżanowskiego Street on the side of the designed parking spaces along with pedestrian crossings (including adjusting their width to the applicable parameters – sidewalks adjacent to roadway with an effective width of min. 2.0m.),  construction of the missing pavement at the intersection of Krzyżanowskiego Avenue with the connector of Krzyżanowskiego Avenue and St. Michael Archangel Street along with pedestrian crossings (including adjusting their width to the applicable parameters – sidewalks adjacent to the roadway with an effective width of at least 1.8 m),  construction/reconstruction of exits providing access to the designed parking spaces,  reconstruction of conflicting networks,  construction/reconstruction of street lighting to the necessary extent,  construction/reconstruction of drainage to the extent necessary. The detailed scope is included in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting an annex to the SWZ. In addition, the subject of the contract also includes the exercise of author's supervision over the implementation of construction works with the rights of option referred to in the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law. Estimated number – 2 stays of the designer on the construction site and 200 units of effort (IU) The project documentation should be developed in accordance with the Table of Design Studies (TOP). During the performance of the contract, the Contractor will perform all necessary activities necessary to perform the service covered by the subject of the contract.
