The Essen Police Headquarters intends to award the following services to a company as a framework agreement:

- Opening, closing and emergency protection of doors and gates of all kinds, motor vehicle doors of all makes and models, safes and valuables containers, window locks (e.g. window locks, roller shutters),

- Emergency protection of windows and shop windows of all construction methods and sizes after glass breakage by means of a wooden shed

- the making of keys of all kinds.

The offer is to be made on the total service, a division into lots does not take place. The services are to be provided in the entire urban area of the district-free cities of Essen and Mülheim an der Ruhr.

The client undertakes to arrive at the place of assignment within 45 minutes of placing an order by telephone at any time of the day or night (including Sundays and public holidays) and to proceed in accordance with the instructions of the officials at the place of deployment.

The customer ensures that he or she can be reached by telephone at all times.

The contractor provides the qualified and appropriately trained specialists and work equipment required to carry out an order. There is no provision for the cooperation of local officials.

The customer undertakes to complete the order as part of the first journey, i.e. that all required materials, tools, etc. are carried along.

The ordering party shall ensure that at least two orders can be completed simultaneously in the territory specified by the client.

The transfer of orders to subcontractors not named in the offer is only permitted with the prior consent of the client.
