1.The subject of the contract is the maintenance of post-investment greenery of parks, green areas and road lanes in the Municipality of the City of Szczecin.

3.The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the number of works, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claims in this respect. The minimum value of the Parties' performance is 80% of the maximum nominal value of the Ordering Party's obligation.

5. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract with the utmost care required from an entity professionally providing this type of services, on the basis of ensuring the highest quality of work, in accordance with the provisions of generally applicable law.
