The State of Rhineland-Palatinate, represented by the Head of the Central Procurement Office of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate in the State Office for Mobility, plans to use this award procedure to carry out the state-wide procurement (purchase and leasing) of company vehicles of various vehicle segments and drive concepts by way of an open procedure in accordance with §§ 14, 15 VgV, § 119 GWB. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with several economic operators (the subsequent contractors) for the delivery of company vehicles in accordance with § 21 No. 1 VgV.
