Framework contract for the manufacture, delivery and installation / assembly of collective locking systems and roofing for bicycle parking facilities including booking, reservation, access control and accounting software as software-as-a-service at DB Station & Service AG stations.

Bicycle locking systems for row brackets and double-decker parkers, including booking, reservation, access control and accounting software, are procured as software-as-a-service solution (SaaS). Furthermore, canopies for row ironing systems and double-decker parkers are procured. (The row ironing systems and double-decker parkers are not part of this tender). DB Station & Service AG is the client of this framework contract, however, is not entitled to order itself and therefore cannot conclude individual contracts with the contractor on the basis of this framework contract. DB Station & Service AG only has a supporting function in the processing of individual orders between the respective customer and the contractor.

Authorizations to place orders under this framework agreement are in accordance with Section 3 of the Guideline for the Promotion of Climate Protection Projects in the Municipal Environment ("Municipal Guideline"), which entered into force on January 1, 2019, municipalities (cities, municipalities, rural districts) and associations in which only municipalities are involved.
