Framework agreement for supply and service order forms for the implementation of fixed and mobile telecommunications solutions.

Lot 1: fixed telephony

- inbound and outbound subscriptions and communications for all locations to local, national, international, mobile, special numbers, MVSRs, short numbers and emergency numbers, with call restrictions which will be specified when the contract is signed,

- management of opening and termination of fixed lines and other services,

- setting up special temporary numbers.

Lot 2: mobile telephony

- subscriptions and communications for the mobile phone fleet and the associated data services (data, SMS and MMS ...), with possible call restrictions that will be specified when the contract is signed,

- the provision at the beginning of the market of "entry-level", "mid-range smartphone", "high-end smartphone" and "digital tablet" terminals and accessories associated with terminals, as well as SIM cards,

- the possible renewal of the terminals at the signature and in the course of the market,

- the associated line management and after-sales service departments (management of openings and cancellations of mobile lines, sale of accessories, etc.),

- the recovery of all terminals and accessories acquired before and during this contract.
