1) The subject of the contract is "Execution of heat sources in the Municipality of Rumia". The scope of works of the contract includes the design, purchase, assembly and commissioning of the heat pump system with a lower source with a thermal power of 120 kW to supply the central heating and hot water installations for Primary School No. 7 in Rumia.

1) The order is carried out as part of the project entitled "Increasing the use of energy from renewable sources in public buildings in the Municipality of Rumia and the Municipality of Szemud" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program for the Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2014-2020 Priority Axis 10 – Energy, Measure 10.3.1 – Renewable energy sources. 2) The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, the conditions for its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor are included in the attachments: a) Functional and utility program (PFU) – Annex A to the SWZ, b) Model contract – Annex 9 to the SWZ.
