The subject of the order is a service consisting of receiving, transporting and landscaping of municipal waste from property inhabited within the Warka Municipality.
1) The CONTRACTOR shall collect and manage waste from inhabited properties and PSZOK listed in the table (Data on the subject of the contract) with codes 15 01 01, 15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 01 07, 15 01 10*, 15 01 11*, 16 01 03, 17 01 01, 17 01 07, 17 09 04, 20 01 01, 20 01 02, 20 01 11, 20 01 21*, 20 01 23*, 20 01 26*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 32, 20 01 33*, 20 01 34, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 39, 20 01 40, ex 20 01 99, 20 02 01, 20 03 01, 20 03 07.
The CONTRACTOR will arrange for the collection of bulky waste at least twice
year, as part of the so-called "Exhibition Action" according to the schedule. The Contractor will receive from the Contracting Authority a list of addresses of inhabited properties and prepare a schedule for the disposal of segregated waste and non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste.
The template of the schedule is attached as Annex 8 to the SWZ.
2) After consulting the schedule with the Contracting Authority and after obtaining the approval, the Contractor shall, at its own expense, prepare and submit to the property owners a waste collection schedule in paper form in the graphic design provided by the Contracting Authority, within 7 working days from the approval of the schedule. The Contractor shall provide the schedule as follows:
a) for owners of single-family housing – one copy each, which will be placed in the mailbox or given directly to the owner;
b) for owners of multi-family real estate – one copy each, which will be delivered directly to the owner (manager, administrator).
The contracting authority will make public the schedule and its changes on the website.
3) The Contractor will collect unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from containers from residential property owners with the following frequency:
a) at least three times a week from multi-family buildings (excluding public holidays) and at the request of the Ordering Party,
(b) at least once every two weeks from single-family buildings.
4) The Contractor will collect segregated waste from property owners living in single-family buildings with the following frequency:
a) bags of yellow color marked with the inscription "Metals and plastics" for plastic packaging waste, packaging waste of metals, multi-material packaging waste – at least once a month,
b) green bags marked with the inscription "Glass" for glass packaging waste – at least once a quarter,
c) brown bags marked with the inscription "Bio" for biodegradable waste with particular emphasis on bio-waste – at least once every two weeks in the period from 1 April to 30 November,
(d) bags of blue colour marked 'Paper' for paper, paperboard and packaging waste of these materials, at least once a month.
The graphic design of the inscriptions on the bag is presented by the Ordering Party (Appendix No. 10 to the Terms of Reference).
5) In the case of multi-family buildings, the Contractor will monitor the level of filling of containers with segregated waste on an ongoing basis and will collect them with a frequency resulting from current needs, but not less frequently than:
(a) yellow containers marked 'Metals and plastics' for plastic packaging waste, metal packaging waste, multi-material packaging waste, at least once a week;
(b) green containers marked 'Glass' for glass packaging waste, at least once a month;
(c) containers of blue colour marked 'Paper' for paper, paperboard and packaging waste of these materials, at least once a week;
d) brown bags marked "Bio" or containers marked "Bio" for biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste – at least once a week in the period from 1 April to 30 November.
