The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of one piece of a brand new gantry reel for shifting, forming and aerating compost piles from sewage sludge and green waste, equipped with a nonwoven winding device (rolling, unrolling) for covering and uncovering compost piles as part of the project "Modernization of the line for sorting of separately collected waste and expansion of the Komwita composting plant in Leżajsk ”for Miejski Zakład Komunalny sp. z oo
Description of the required parameters and additional data of the compost gantry turner with a device for covering and uncovering piles:
• A minimum working width of 4.5 m.
• Minimum working height 2.3 m.
• Production year 2020.
• Equipped with a nonwoven winding machine (winding, unwinding) for covering the compost piles with a nonwoven fabric (it must contain a complete hydraulic and electrical installation for this device / attachment and drums for winding / unwinding the nonwoven fabric), due to the reduction of odor emissions to the air by simultaneously discovering and covering compost piles, the Employer prefers and will additionally score a solution with a mounted winder at the back and front of the turner, at the same time informing that it allows solutions with assembly of the winder only at the front or rear of the turner.
• Air conditioning, protective ventilation with ammonia separation.
• Sprinkler installation.
• The machine is equipped with a hour meter.
• The machine is equipped with a central lubrication system or important components.
• The machine is equipped with a set of necessary service tools.
• Maximum turner performance minimum 2,600 m
• Maximum transfer speed infinitely adjustable from 0 to a minimum of 10 m / min.
• For an optimal operating mode the turner equipped with a system regulating the speed of the machine depending on the processed material and the pressure on the transfer shaft.
• Turner adapted for operation at temperatures from -15
• The turner should be suitable for continuous operation in conditions of humidity close to 100% at a temperature of approx. 40
• Diesel engine with a minimum power of 190 kW, guaranteeing compliance with current EU emission standards.
• Tracked undercarriage, with easy access to components, steel tracks with replaceable rubber pads with increased abrasion resistance, preventing damage to the compost plate.
• Controlling the movement of the machine by means of multifunctional joysticks (s) and a control panel equipped with, among others enabling reading basic machine operating parameters in Polish or pictograms.
• The machine can be turned on the spot.
• Plow blades with hydraulic regulation for cleaning the surface in front of the caterpillars of the turner drive, placed on flexible joints enabling them to adapt to the unevenness of the terrain and permanent adhesion to the surface of the yard and guiding the machine in overlapping prisms.
• The device / attachment for covering the prisms must be mounted with mechanical catches and hydraulic connectors enabling easy disassembly and operation of the turner with the device / attachment.
• Transfer shaft:
- hydraulically driven,
- equipped with appropriate reinforced working tools guaranteeing the shifting of the pile building material while mixing it,
- the number of rotations of the shaft can be infinitely adjusted with the possibility of changing its rotation in the opposite direction,
- the height of the shaft can be adjusted when the machine has to leave the heap and ensures easy movement around the composting yard.
• Fixed operator's cab:
- ensuring easy and safe entering and exiting the cab without contact with composting material,
- ergonomic, glazed on four sides,
- equipped with exterior mirrors,
- equipped with front and rear headlights,
- equipped with sun visors,
- equipped with windscreen wipers - front with washer, rear with washer,
- operator's seat cushioned, made of material for easy cleaning, equipped with a safety belt,
- overpressure booth, equipped with an air purification system, air protection systems with an activated carbon filter to reduce odors, noise protection, air conditioning, central heating, radio, speakers.
