The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, hunting and meadow management, nursery and seed management, forest management, tourist forest management and other forest management works, to be carried out in the Józefów Forest District in 2019. Material scope of the contract, detailed description of works (activities) and a description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are contained in the ToR. The subject of the order was divided into 7 lots (hereinafter referred to as: "Package").

The subject of this part of the contract is the provision of forest management services including works on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as meadow and agriculture management, seed production, tourist forest management and other forest management works. A detailed description, material scope and location as well as a description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the order are included in the annexes to the ToR. The estimated size of the main services covered by this lot is as follows:

- timber harvesting: 5,070 m3

- logging: 5,070 m3

- early and late cleaning: 41.05 ha

- woodcutting restoration and renewal in complex cuttings: 7.04 ha

- soil care: 55,18 ha

- corrections and additions: 0,40 ha

- removal and laying of post-harvest residue: 777.00 m3p

- combustion of logging residues: 777.00 m3p

- fence fencing: 9.50 hm

- dismantling fences: 16.25 hm

- crop protection with a repellent: 20.50 ha

- securing youngsters using a repellent: 9.86 items

- combating tooth bark beetle (raising, laying and burning branches): 450.00 m3p

- tentative insect search in bedding: 12 items

Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations as well as suspending performing the actions indicated in the individual rows of the tables describing the subject of the contract. The locations (forest addresses) where the implementation of individual works (activities) that are part of the contract is planned is preliminary and may change during the contract, with the proviso that it will always take place in the area of the part.

3. The value of the basic contract (without including similar services and option rights, as well as without the contracting authority's own materials) was estimated at PLN 435 411.64 excluding VAT. The estimated maximum value from point II.2.6 includes the ordering of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the order at 120% (option right).

4. The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).

5. The contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. In the case of the intention to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is required to indicate in its offer: part of the contract (material scopes) which it intends to entrust to subcontractors and the contractor to provide subcontractors' companies. This indication should be included in the offer. In the absence of an indication in the subcontracting offer, the contractor will be able to enter the subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract.

The locations (forest addresses) where the implementation of individual works (activities) that are part of the contract is planned is preliminary and may change during the contract, with the proviso that it will always take place in the area of the part.

The value of the basic contract (without taking into account similar services and option rights as well as without the contracting authority's own materials) was estimated at: 1 553 023,49 PLN without VAT. The estimated maximum value from point II.2.6 includes the ordering of similar services as well as the possibility of completing the order at 120% (option right).

The contracting authority requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917, as amended).

- soil contagion test: 60 pcs,

- root undercutting: 175 ares,

- seedling nursery: 3.60 ares

- soil maintenance in black fallow: 1,200 ares,

- removing seedlings: 1,200 pcs,

- weeding: 3 520 ares,

- soil cultivation: 120 ares,

- sowing seeds: 120 ares

The estimated size of the main services covered by this lot is as follows:

- soil preparation in advance: 713.22 km including:

• plowing furrows with an active plow: 503.95 km

• plowing furrows with a forest plow: 41.37 km

• soil preparation with a stripe cutter: 120.95 km

• performance of rebates: 46.95 km

- mineralization of fire protection belts: 90.16 km,

- mechanical destruction of weeds in seed plantations: 8.70 ha
