The subject of the contract are works related to the maintenance of roads, streets, sidewalks, engineering structures and other devices and structures related to the network of public roads for which the Ordering Party is the manager in the amount of 439.31 km. Including national roads 52.76 km, provincial roads 21.58 km, district roads 130.27 km, municipal roads 234.70 km.

The contract will consist in performing comprehensive and partial repairs, generally works that do not require a building permit and a decision on consent to the implementation of investments in the field of public roads in accordance with the Act on specific principles of preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 162) all kinds of road surfaces, streets, sidewalks, drainage, ditches, engineering structures and maintenance, cleaning and other works to maintain safety on the managed road network.

The works will be carried out on the basis of the "Construction Law" Act (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 682).

In particular, the subject of the contract includes:

a) Performing all necessary technical procedures to maintain good technical condition of the managed road network,

b) Ad hoc and final elimination of threats arising on the managed road network after preliminary agreement with the Ordering Party,

c) Maintaining a technical emergency service 24 hours a day on working days, holidays and holidays,

d) Protection of reported damage (e.g. defects in road surfaces and pavements) threatening public safety within a maximum of 1 hour and their removal within 24 hours from the moment of receiving information from the Ordering Party about their occurrence.
