The procurement relates to LFV's need for periodic and ad hoc flight measurement of navigation and landing aids in LFV ownership and for which LFV has management or project responsibilities, on the other hand AVISEQ's need for flight measurement services for any further sale. The services shall be carried out in accordance with the rules, regulations and regulations in force. The supplier (operations and organisation) shall hold, upon entry into force of the Agreement, the certificates and approvals of the Board of Transport required to perform the services.
