Renovation of the building located at 75a Hermanowska Street in Wrocław.

The scope of the object of the order includes:

1) installation of central heating and hot water in residential premises supplied from dual-function gas boilers,

2) liquidation of individual heat sources and individual sources of domestic hot water preparation together with finishing works after their liquidation,

3) proper ventilation of rooms in the building using free flues after dismantled furnaces, installation of new ventilation and flue gas ducts for dual-function gas boilers,

4) reconstruction of the gas installation,

5) reconstruction of internal cold water installations,

6) renovation of residential premises (vacant buildings) no. 5, no. 8,

7) the execution, delivery and installation of the “information board for the duration of construction” - according to the “Instruction to the Contractor, Marking Rules of Investment in Information for Residents” together with the patterns of plates.
