Collection and transport of municipal waste from uninhabited properties and the city area in Ostrołęka

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in: 1) collection from uninhabited real estate and real estate, which in part are real estate inhabited from the area of the City of Ostrołęka, the following municipal waste, divided into fractions, i.e.: a) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste; (b) separately collected municipal waste: paper, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and paperboard; glass, including glass packaging waste; metals and plastics, including packaging waste from metals, plastics and multi-materials; bio-waste; waste forming part of plants resulting from the maintenance of green areas, gardens collected separately from other bio-waste constituting municipal waste ("green waste"); ash from hearths; 2) collection of waste from uninhabited properties and real estate, which in part are real estate inhabited from the area of the City of Ostrołęka as part of the additional service provided by the City of Ostrołęka in the scope of municipal waste collection specified in Resolution No. 435/XLV/2021 of the City Council of Ostrołęka of May 27, 2021 on determining the types of additional services provided by the Municipality of Ostrołęka in the scope of collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate on which residents do not live and municipal waste is generated and the management of this waste, the manner of their provision and the prices for these services (Dz. Woj. Husband. item 5077 with later dates. Deaths). 3) training of persons designated by the Contracting Authority in the use of software, referred to in § 4 section 1 point 12 of ANNEX 2 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract, 4) transfer of collected municipal waste from the area of the City of Ostrołęka from uninhabited real estate - to the municipal installation - Municipal Waste Segregation Station of the City of Ostrołęka and municipalities of the Ostrołęka poviat, Komunalna 8, 07-401 Ostrołęka, 5) emptying street bins located in the city of Ostrołęka, including those located at MZK stops - the resulting waste will be delivered to the municipal installation - Municipal Waste Segregation Station of the City of Ostrołęka and municipalities of the Ostrołęka poviat, 8 Komunalna Street, 6) keeping documentation related to the activities covered by the subject of the contract, 7) performing other obligations specified in the contract and SWZ. 2. The subject of the contract includes all uninhabited real estate and real estate, which in part are real estate inhabited in the area of the City of Ostrołęka located in the municipal waste management system of the City of Ostrołęka.
