This tender is for the provision of legal advice and associated services and as such will be derived from the multi facet lot from the original DPS. FCHO to appoint one legal firm to provide legal advice and services across the following areas: Lot 10 – Multi-Facet (covering Development, corporate and finance, employment, general commercial, compliance and governance). The services that we require will cover a range of regulatory compliance and governance services. The expectation is that a provider will be selected to give advice on an ad-hoc basis ranging from oral advice to assistance with drafting advice and documents and other matters.
