In the project Stadt-Umland-Bahn, the systems for the power supply of the tram (substations) with buildings and equipment as well as other facilities in the project area (including stops, information system, lighting) are to be planned.

There are planning services of the traction current systems and general electrical engineering as basic services, special services as well as consulting services of the service phases 1 to 4 according to the fee structure for architects and engineers (HOAI) to provide.

They are to be provided for the design and approval planning of traffic facilities and engineering structures of a railway construction project according to the Ordinance on the Construction and Operation of Trams (Tram Construction and Operating Regulations - BOStrab).

The contract covers all electrotechnical planning services that are required in the context of the decision on the admissibility of the project of tram planning for planning approval procedures according to §28 PBefG in conjunction with the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG).
