The purpose of this contract is Internet access for the Public Service of Wallonia.

Three types of services are covered by this contract:

- Services in operating mode: these are services for the operation of Internet access and services which are more fully detailed in the technical part of these special specifications.

- Services in project mode: these are services relating to projects of punctual evolution of Internet access and services. During the course of the contract, other projects not yet defined may be ordered by the contracting authority.

- Services in managed mode: this is the provision of staff in order to carry out planned or urgent changes in Internet access and services.
