Description:

General Maintenance, Installation, Repairs and Building Works Framework

A Framework to provide:

• Compliancy - frameworks are fully compliant with UK Procurement Regulations.

• Quick & Simple to use – there will be no need for full tendering, contracts can be placed by direct award, up to a value of £50,000.00 or via a mini-competition of Contractors already approved for the framework.

• Approved Contractors - all Contractors are assessed and approved during the framework tender process on their experience, financial stability, health & safety, equality & diversity and working practices.

• Provides more opportunity to Contractors

Mechanical

Reactive works, such as, water leaks, steam leaks, blocked drains etc.

Planned works, such as, Legionella checks, unit strip downs etc.

Electrical

Reactive works, such as, small power and lighting, emergency lighting etc.

Planned works, such as, fixed wire testing, PPMs etc.

Installation works, such as, mains distribution installation, fire alarm installations, fire damper installations etc.

Building & Joinery

Reactive works, such as, fire door repairs, lock repairs etc.

Planned works, such as, fire and window PPMs etc.

Installation works, such as, stud partition walls, kitchen installations, flooring etc.

Construction - Plastering

Reactive works, such as, wall patch repairs, ceiling patch repairs etc.

Installation works, such as, stud partition, MF ceilings etc.

Temporary Works

Can include elements such as, pointing, collapsed structure repair.

Specialist core hole drilling, installation of supporting steel etc.

HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)

Reactive works, such as, air conditioning repairs, chiller repairs etc.

Planned works, such as, F Gas checks, chiller services etc.

Installation works, such as, VAM unit installations, Air Con installations etc.
