1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of razor wire in 2024. The scope of the contract includes two tasks, i.e.:

Rump. no. 1 – razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 980 mm – 3,000 pcs and razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 730 mm – 2,000 pcs.

Rump. No. 2 - razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 980 mm – 9 500 pcs. and razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 730 mm – 5,000 pcs

2. The subject of the order must meet the requirements set out in the Technical Conditions for the supply of blade wire constituting the order documents

3. The terms of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting the procurement documents

4. The subject of the contract is subject to barcode marking in accordance with Decision No. 3 / MON of the Minister of National Defense of January 3, 2014 on guidelines specifying the requirements for barcode marking of products delivered to the Ministry of National Defense.

5. The contracting authority provides for the exercise of the right of option in the quantities indicated in the procurement documents.

The subject of the contract within the scope of task no. 1 is the delivery of:

- razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 980 mm in the amount of 3,000 pieces, and

- razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 730 mm in the amount of 2,000 pieces.

The subject of the order must meet the requirements set out in the Technical Conditions for the supply of cutting wire constituting the order documents

The terms of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting the order documents

The subject of the contract is subject to barcode marking in accordance with Decision No. 3 / MON of the Minister of National Defense of January 3, 2014 on guidelines specifying the requirements for barcode marking of products delivered to the Ministry of National Defense.

Required deadline for the contract for task No. 1:

45 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, with the stipulation that deliveries of the subject of the contract cannot be made before 01.01.2024.

The subject of the contract within the scope of task No. 2 is the delivery of:

- razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 980 mm in the amount of 9,500 pieces, and

- razor wire with a coil diameter of Ø 730 mm in the amount of 5,000 pieces.
