The task includes client consultancy in connection with the establishment of a day care centre at Virumvej 33-35, including:

• Planning and preparation of idea presentations incl. Sketches and incl. Budget.

• Preparation of construction program and planning budget incl. user process.

• Preparation of outline proposals and governing budget.

• Preparation of tender basis for turnkey contracts and implementation of EU tenders

• Client consultancy in connection with the turnkey contract, including the project proposal phase, the design phase, the execution phase, the handover and commissioning phase.

• Client consultancy in connection with 1 year and 5 years of inspection.

• The client's Working Environment Coordination.

• Client consultancy in connection with the planning and purchase of fixtures and kitchen equipment.

• Preparation of construction program and planning budget incl. User process and advice on DGNB certification.

• Option 1: Commissioning ledelse.

• Option 2: preparation of additional idea presentations for daycare that can be converted for school purposes.

• Option 3: Contribution in relation to local planning process, if necessary.

• Option 4: Preparation of idea presentations for daycare centres for 5-6 group rooms.
