The purpose of this consultation is to set up a framework agreement with purchase orders for the upkeep and maintenance of playgrounds in real estate complexes located in Ile-de-France, managed by CDC HABITAT, and CDC HABITAT SOCIAL. This contract includes A FLAT-RATE PART FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT and a PART FOR PURCHASE ORDERS with a Unit Price Schedule (BPU) relating to additional services and supplies. The amount for the total duration of the contract (4 years), all lots combined, to which the contracting authority commits is set as follows: No minimum, and with a maximum set at €364,000.00 excluding VAT, i.e. €436,800.00 including VAT.

LOT 01 - Interdepartmental Directorate SOUTH (77/91/93/94/95) - Framework agreement with purchase orders for the upkeep and maintenance of 253 playgrounds. The amount for the total duration of the contract to which the contracting authority is committed for LOT 01 is set as follows: No minimum, and with a maximum set at €152,000.00 excluding VAT, i.e. €182,400.00 including VAT.

LOT 02 - Interdepartmental Directorate WEST (75/78/92) - Framework agreement with purchase orders for the upkeep and maintenance of 212 playgrounds. The amount for the total duration of the contract to which the contracting authority is committed for LOT 02 is set as follows: No minimum, and with a maximum set at 132,000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT, i.e. 158,400.00 euro(s) including VAT.

LOT 03 - Interdepartmental Directorate NORTH (78/93/95)- Framework agreement with purchase orders for the upkeep and maintenance of 188 playgrounds. The amount for the total duration of the contract to which the contracting authority is committed for LOT 03 is set as follows: No minimum, and with a maximum set at €80,000.00 excluding VAT, i.e. €96,000.00 including VAT.
