The purpose of this task is to find out the most suitable architectural solution for the design of a permanent football and athletics hall with a frame frame (hereinafter referred to as an indoor hall) and a municipal building, parking lot and access roads and a community garden (on the same plot) on a property owned by the municipality, which is formed in Harju County, Viimsi municipality, Viimsi municipality with cadastral number 1 (cadastral number 89001:001:1909). The planned net area of the double residential building is ca 800-900 m². At the same time, the technical rooms serving the indoor hall must also be taken into account. A municipal building must be designed as a nearly zero-energy building, i.e. the energy performance number of the building to be designed should not exceed 160 kWh(m²a) per year (Regulation No 63 "Minimum requirements for the energy performance of a building").
