In this procedure, the material goods related to training equipment for research and reconnaissance have been introduced, necessary to be purchased in the period 2025 - 2027 for military units within the Land Forces. Our unit has the competence to carry out the procurement of the aforementioned products for the benefit of military units within the Land Forces, according to the Purchase Order of the Deputy for Resources of the Chief of Staff of the Land Forces, registered with no. P-8981 from 18.06.2025. The necessity has been identified following the necessity report no. A5-1559 from 20.08.2025, which consists of the request to organize a procurement procedure to be completed through several framework agreements, concerning the supply of multirotor UAS systems according to specific regulations, report that includes the quantities of products, the estimated price, and their technical specifications. The number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
