"Consolidated discretionary school transport service with reiteration of itinerary" established in Decree 161/1996, of May 14, on school transport service, specified by public centers for infant, primary and secondary education located mainly in the region.

In general, the services to be contracted consist of attending the school transport service for minors within the school year, and in order to implement policies for the integration of work and family life, as well as to serve as a measure to facilitate the schooling of students. This service cannot be provided by the Baix Penedès County Council by its own means.
