The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Kikół Municipality collected from property owners inhabited by residents from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.
Details of the description and the method of execution of the contract are included in the description of the subject matter of the contract constituting an attachment to the Terms of Reference.
1. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect any amount of the following types of municipal waste from property owners inhabited by residents:
(a) paper,
b) metals,
(c) plastics,
(d) multi-material packaging waste,
(e) glass,
f) bioodpady,
(g) hazardous waste,
(h) expired medicines and chemicals,
(i) waste not eligible as medical waste generated in the household as a result of the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,
j) waste batteries and accumulators,
k) waste electrical and electronic equipment,
l) furniture and other bulky waste,
m) used tyres,
(n) waste of textiles and clothing,
(o) construction and demolition waste,
(p) unsegregated (mixed).
2 Collection of the waste mentioned in point 1 should be carried out by different vehicles for each waste fraction in a way that prevents their mixing. The contractor is obliged to protect vehicles and equipment against uncontrolled release of waste during storage, handling and transport. As part of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to collect municipal waste with the following frequencies:
(a) single-family dwellings:
A. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste:
- in the period from 1 April to 31 October – once every 2 weeks;
- in the period from 1 November to 31 March – once every 4 weeks;
b. paper, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, metals and glass – once every 4 weeks;
c. bioodpady:
- in the period from 1 April to 31 October – once every 2 weeks;
- in the period from 1 November to 31 March – once every 4 weeks;
(b) multi-unit buildings:
A. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste:
- in the period from 1 April to 31 October – once every 2 weeks;
- in the period from 1 November to 31 March – once every 4 weeks;
b. paper, plastics, waste, multi-material packaging, metals and glass – once every 4 weeks;
c. bioodpady:
- in the period from 1 April to 31 October – once every 2 weeks;
- in the period from 1 November to 31 March – once every 4 weeks;
The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from individual properties where residents live on the dates set out in the municipal waste disposal schedule, with the proviso that the collection of the above-mentioned waste must take place from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., except for public holidays. Municipal waste, the owner of the property is obliged to put the containers and bags on the public road from six o'clock in the morning on the day of waste collection. In special cases (difficult access, advanced age or disability of the property resident), the Contracting Authority may oblige the contractor to collect waste directly from the property.
3. Within 7 days after signing the contract, the Contractor shall deliver to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Lubin the containers in which the waste will be collected:
a) furniture and bulky waste – 1 container with a capacity of at least 16000 l,
(b) consumed electronic and electrical equipment — 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
c) plastics and metals - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
d) paper and cardboard - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
e) biodegradable waste - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 7000 l,
f) glass - 2 containers with a capacity of at least 1100 l,
g) spent batteries and batteries - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 240 l,
h) expired medicines - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 120 l,
(i) chemicals - 1 container with a minimum capacity of 240 l,
j) clothing and textiles - 2 containers with a minimum capacity of 1100 l,
k) used tires - 2 containers with a capacity of at least 7000 l,
l) construction and demolition waste from households - 1 container with a capacity of at least 7000 l,
m) fluorescent lamps - 1 container suitable for collecting fluorescent lights.
