The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the procedural and execution conditions for the contracting of services for conducting opinion studies of interest to Barcelona City Council through surveys or group meetings and other similar services during the term of this Framework Agreement.
The Framework Agreement is divided into four lots:

LOT NO. 2: Face-to-face surveys at home or to a predetermined place
LOT NO. 3: Online surveys
LOT NO. 4: Qualitative studies
