The subject of the Order is:

Renovation of the surface of national roads divided into 3 parts: part 1 - expressway No. S52b, part 2 - expressway No. S1g and motorway A4, part 3 - expressway No. S86.

The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders. The contractor may submit a bid for one, click or all parts of the contract.

The performance of the contract is subject to Polish law, including in particular the Construction Law, the Civil Code and the Public Procurement Law.

The Contractor will be obliged to perform construction works in accordance with Polish law, in particular with technical and construction regulations, regulations on independent technical functions in construction and regulations regarding products, materials used in construction.

The scope of the contract for part 1 of the contract includes:

(a) section. S52b from km 0+000 to km 5+500 carriageway right /m. Cieszyn/;

• Cold milling of surfaces;

• Surface cleaning;

• Surface sprinkling;

• Execution of a layer of asphalt concrete AC 22W thickness 10 cm;

• Execution of a binding layer of asphalt concrete AC 16W thickness 8 cm;

• Making an abrasion layer from the SMA mixture - thickness 4 cm;

• Local exchange of wastewater from precast concrete elements and concrete curbs;

• Replenishment of understated roadsides;

• Restoration of road markings.

(b) section. S52b from km 11+800 to km 15+927 right and left carriageway /Międzyświeć – Pogórze/ excluding sections from km 12+800 to 13+200 bridge over the Bładnica River on the left carriageway:

• Cold milling of surfaces;

• Surface cleaning;

• Surface sprinkling;

• Execution of a layer of asphalt concrete AC 22W thickness 10 cm;

• Execution of a binding layer of asphalt concrete AC 16W thickness 8 cm;

• Making an abrasion layer from the SMA mixture - thickness 4 cm;

• Reconstruction of bituminous expansion joints on bridge structures;
