The subject of the contract includes the construction of an indoor swimming pool in Działdowo with sanitary and cloakroom facilities and a SPA complex along with the execution of the Executive Design Documentation. Location: plot No. 167/11. The building will be a detached, two-storey building with a basement. The basic function is recreational services – swimming pools with cloakroom and technical sanitary facilities. As part of the land development, it is planned to build: parking spaces for passenger cars, including for the disabled, places for buses, a dumpster box, fencing, external water and sewage installations, electrical, including connections. It is assumed to use rainwater for watering green areas. Internal roads with a width of 6, 5 and 4 m, sidewalks with a width of 2 m. buildings of the swimming pool building – approx. 2300 m2, net area approx. 3900 m2. The building was designed parallel to Hallera Street, from this side will be the main entrance to the building. At the entrance there will be a hall and a settlement point – entrance to the swimming pool and cloakroom area. Toilets, a small catering outlet with facilities and administration of the facility will be available from the lobby. You will be able to enter the mezzanine with the audience.

In the pool hall, a 6-lane sports pool with an area of about 312.5 m2 with a steel basin, a recreational pool with a water surface area of approx. 84.5 m2 with a swimming pool with an area of approx. 40 m2, a paddling pool for children with an area of about 32 m2, a jacuzzi bath and a tube slide of about 55 m with a brake pool, 2 pool lifts for transporting the disabled have been designed. On the basement floor, technical and social rooms have been designed, and on the pool terrace a wet playground, equipped with a set of toys gushing water. The building will be equipped in accordance with the design of finishing and interior furnishing. In addition, it will have a server, ESOK system, pom. for rescuers and administration. It will be adapted to the disabled (elevator) and will meet all technical and sanitary standards. It will be equipped with the following installations: electrical lighting and power supply of devices and equipment, lightning and grounding, heating, sanitary sewage, water supply, ventilation and air conditioning, teletechnical and pool water treatment technology, RES. The area will be equipped with greenery.
