The contract consists in carrying out the checks and inspections for the control of the heating systems on

the entire territory covered by the Province of La Spezia, with the exception of the Municipality of La Spezia

The two-year contract has as its object the assignment of the service for the execution of the investigations

and inspections, for the control of heating systems throughout the territory covered by the Province of

Spezia, with the exception of the Municipality of La Spezia, in relation to:

- the actual state of operation and maintenance, for the purposes of limiting energy consumption, of the plants

civil thermal systems intended for winter and summer air conditioning of buildings, in compliance with the requirements

established by Presidential Decree 74/2013 “Regulation defining the general criteria for the exercise,

operation, control, maintenance and inspection of heating systems for winter and summer air conditioning

of buildings and for the preparation of hot water for sanitary purposes”, in accordance with Article 4, paragraph 1,

letters a) and c) of Legislative Decree 19 August 2005, n. 192”;

- the compliance of civil thermal plants with regard to compliance, technical characteristics, as well as

the suitability to comply with emission limit values, as defined by environmental standards,

according to the provisions of Title II of Part V of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 3 April 2006 and subsequent amendments. The contract is

financed with its own budgetary funds.
