This invitation to tender applies to the cleaning services of the Savonlinna locations used by Southeast Finland University of Applied Sciences Ltd as of 1.1.2023.
Cleaning services will cover the following buildings and their surroundings:
- Savonlinna Campus, Savonniemenkatu 6,
- Fiber 3, Vipusenkuja 5
- Kuitulaboratorio, Vipusenkatu 10
- OPTIO Wood Laboratory (building to be completed later), Vipusenkatu
The appendices to the invitation to tender describe the procurement with the help of a description of the procurement, a draft contract, a service description and base maps.
The offer is submitted as annual and unit prices to a separate price attachment (XLS) and the necessary other attachments are submitted on the portal of the electronic bidding system (Tarjouspalvelu.fi) by downloading.
