The contest is for a framework agreement for electrician services.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services for NOK 2.5 million excluding VAT a year in recent years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Maximum value, including any options and expected price increases: NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing up the assignment in accordance with PPR, §19-4 but has decided that this is not suitable for this type of agreement.

Framework agreement

The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement and the seriousness provisions.

The framework agreement will be valid from and including 2022-09-01 until and including 2024-08-31, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, 12 months at a time.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
