The city of Schwerte intends to build a sustainable and sustainable sports centre in the district of Wandhofen.

In the Wandhofener Bruch industrial park, it is possible to rebuild an artificial turf field, a training ground, a club home including corresponding ancillary facilities, integrating several beach volleyball fields and the construction of a central parking area.

In addition to the clubhouse, a restaurant and a multifunctional usable common room are to be realized, which should be usable by local clubs, such as shooting clubs. In this context, company flats are to be created in the building for a restaurateur and a groundskeeper. Overall, the goal is to significantly strengthen sport within the city of Schwerte through the implementation of the project.

The planned construction project is a federal subsidy construction measure. The project is therefore subject to audit by an official body.

The order includes freelance services.

- Project management according to AHO (project levels 1 - 5, action areas A - E) including project management (optional)

The services required are based on the AHO performance specifications. The client reserves the right to commission in stages and, if necessary, by construction stages. The full commissioning depends on the receipt of the funding notice.
