Heilighart Hospital in Lier wishes to renew its current system for regenerating and distributing meals for patents.

The preparation of meals is disconnected in cold line. Production takes place on 4 working days, portioning and distribution of meals 7 to 7 days.

This regeneration system is used for both afternoon and evening meals.

The detail info is shown in the technical data: number of departments with the maximum bed capacity and an average utilisation rate of these departments.Appendix 1.

The provider will carry out an energy cost calculation of these two capacities using the system it proposes.

The hospital has and uses the following receptacles: 750 pieces of poreceleine porecelain plates and 750 pieces of soup bowls with 2 ears.

The technical sheets of these containers have been added as an annex.

The provider should take these materials into account.

If it appears that the proposal submitted by the provider does not allow the re-use of these materials, the supplier itself should provide for the replacement of these two materials in the same numbers, size and shape.

The provider will submit a proposal for the purchase of 1000 same gastronorm trays. These must be appropriate in all proposed carts.

The provider is expected to include a concrete and elaborated plan showing that the continuity of providing and regenerating meals in the hospital remains ensured, in the event of technical problems specific to its quotation.

The provider demonstrates that its quotation complies with all applicable Belgian and European directives related to it.

The provider calculates the cost and time required to clean a regeneration car per proposed type.This proposal needs to be clearly substantiated.

A site visit is compulsory and allows the provider to verify and ask questions about the existing situation. The date will be disclosed further in the specifications.

The provider will offer a maintenance proposal for a period of 7 years. The first 2 years are fully under warranty and including omnium maintenance.The cost of these first 2 years will be borne by the provider.

Subsequently, a proposal will be made for OH for a period of 5 years Omnium and preventive. The choice will be finalized by the contracting authority when awarding the file.

The tenderer provides an overview of costs for working hours and relocations that can be performed that are not included in a maintenance contract.

The provider provides a clear overview of the SLA s possible.

The provider specifies the possibilities for a consignment stock of common spare parts on the location of the AO.

After evaluating the valid proposals submitted, the 2 highest ranked providers will be invited to carry out a practical test.

After the evaluation of this practical test, the file will be finally awarded.

The file uses the name RVS. h-it is considered to be at least satisfying the following specification: austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 or Werkst. no 1.4303

The file mentions professional cleaning detergents. The AO currently uses regain and micro quat.

The provider lists which alternative cleaning and disinfection products can be used on.
