The municipality of Zwolle is looking for parties (e.g. contractors, developing contractors or project developers) who want to develop and realize Veld A2 in De Tippe. The development plan is based on the following programme:

14 ground-level houses in two rows with a collective garden in between:

- 10 homes category medium-1 (buy or rent)

- 4 homes category medium-2 (purchase or rent)

The award of the Contract will take place on the basis of the award on highest ground bid, or 100% on price.  The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a Reservation Agreement with the Contractor who has submitted a tender with the best price. The Reservation Agreement gives the space to develop the plan into an SO, VO and DO during the reservation period.  After all obligations under the Reservation Agreement have been fulfilled, the Purchase Agreement can be concluded.
